Teen Mindful Coach

At Abbey McManus Mindfulness Coaching, my mission is to empower teenagers with the tools and practices to enhance their overall wellbeing. Through compassionate guidance and evidence-based techniques, I help teens and young adults manage stress, improve emotional regulation and foster resilience.

 

By creating a supportive and inclusive environment, I aim to nurture their mental, emotional and social growth, enabling them to lead balanced and fulfilling lives.

I believe in maintaining a positive mindset, creating partnerships with a purpose and always striving for significant outcomes.

Client Experiences

Abbey delivered six workshops to a small group of students from
both Year 10 and 11. These students had low level anxiety, low self-esteem and lack of confidence - all impacting their attendance, attainment, and most importantly their wellbeing.
 
The workshops were engaging, relaxed and informative for both staff and students. In addition, it provided students with the strategies and skills to tackle their anxiety, view themselves positively and combat their barriers head on. During their journey with Abbey, their resilience and belief in themselves grew, with many teachers commenting on the positive changes they were seeing with these specific students throughout the weeks.

By the end of the six week programme, we obtained feedback from the pupils, with all students stating that Abbey had a positive impact on them, and all students believing that the workshop had increased their self-belief.
 
We look forward to having Abbey back to our school soon, so she can enhance the lives of even more students
